The International Conference on Addiction Recovery for Youth and Families (ICAR) aims to bring together international experts, practitioners, policy makers, advocates and stakeholders to explore innovative approaches, share best practices, and foster collaboration in addiction recovery for youth and families. The landmark event aims to foster international collaboration, share innovative practices, and develop strategies to combat addiction and support recovery across diverse cultural and national contexts.

Dr. Winston Larose
Dr. Winston LaRose is the Executive Director of the Jane- Finch Concerned Citizens Organization (JFCCO) and has worked in this capacity with the Organization, since January of 1999. He worked as a Registered Nurse in Canada from 1964 until retirement at age 65 in 2002.
We aim to bring together international experts, practitioners, policy makers, advocates and stakeholders to explore innovative approaches, share best practices, and foster collaboration in addiction recovery for youth and families.
