Farmah S. Kamara is a distinguished Liberian professional with a background in social work, education, and community development. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Political Science from the University of Liberia in 2017 and a Master’s degree in International Social Work from Zhejiang Normal University, China, in 2020, through a prestigious presidential scholarship.

Kamara has acquired professional certifications in Public Procurement Management, Project Planning & Management from the Liberia Institute of Public Administration, and Computer Science from Inter-Digital Computer Institute. His career spans over seven years in both the public and private sectors, where he has held leadership roles such as Program Director at Lift Africa Youth Intervention Foundation (2016), Programs Coordinator at The Development Brokers (2021), Procurement Associate
